How do I pay for a course?see more

All courses can either be purchased as a one-off payment, or you can take advantage of one of our payment plans and spread the cost over 3, 6 or 12 months. We don’t charge any fees for spreading the cost if you prefer to pay in this way.

There are two options for making your payment:

  1. Pay online via our website using a Credit or Debit card.  You will be able to view your order at https://pmiq.resolutionlabs.co.uk/my-account/.
  2. Pay by invoice.  We can issue an invoice for full payment to be made online. Once we have confirmed that payment has been received, we will process your order within 24 hours.

Where can I take my examinations?see more

All exams are now taken online using a professional proctoring system hosted and managed by the official examination institute PeopleCert. They offer a 24/7/365 service to allow you to sit your exams at a time that suits you. Please email us at [email protected] to get your exam voucher(s) and instructions on how to book your exam slot(s). You have 12 months in which to complete your exam(s).

How do I book my examination?see more

Please contact our Support Team and they will provide you with access to the booking system and the relevant exam vouchers.  You will then be able to access the system and choose a date and time that suits you.

How do I get support when I need it?see more

All of our courses include full 1:1 support from a qualified and experienced tutor.  You will be able to contact your assigned tutor via email or by phone.  If more detailed support is required, online sessions can be arranged to talk you through issues step-by-step. Most exam certificates are issued to delegates within 5 working days.

How do I get my certificate?see more

Certificates are issued directly by the relevant examination institute and will be sent to you by email.
